Site layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest image disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a legend detailing different areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.
More materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
