The assault resulted in the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals sustained injuries by what is thought to be pepper spray, according to law enforcement.

A man, 24, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, the force said.

These detentions follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was one of the those hurt in the event. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Police arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of theft and assault near the location. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Police were alerted at about 08:10 GMT following reports of several people injured by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The assault - an event that police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park briefly.
